Replacement Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Replacement

Customers are eligible for a replacement if the received item is:

Damaged upon delivery

Defective in function or quality

Incorrect (wrong color, size, or item shipped)

Please note:
Replacements are not offered in cases of misuse, negligence, or modification of the product after delivery.
Due to hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, including color, feel, or usage expectations.

Exclusions from Replacement Coverage

Replacements will not be issued for issues resulting from:

Improper cleaning methods

Accidental drops or physical damage

Prolonged exposure to heat or liquids

Failure to follow product care instructions

Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.

Replacement Request Timeframe

Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for processing, unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated and accepted at our sole discretion.

Proof Required

To process your replacement, we require photographic proof of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Photos must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product to:

Replacement Shipping and Costs

Replacements are completely free of charge. You will not be billed for product or delivery. Once your request is approved, your replacement will be delivered within 3–5 business days.

Replacement Limit Per Item

Each order is eligible for one replacement per item. Multiple or repeated requests for the same item will be subject to review and may be declined.

Product Swap on Delivery

The original item must be returned to the courier at the time of replacement delivery. The courier will hand over the new item and collect the original one on the spot.

Product Availability & Visual Accuracy

All products listed are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting or differences in screen resolution.

Non-Exclusion Policy

All items, including accessories (such as silicone boots, straws, straw toppers, and cleaning brushes) sold on our website are eligible for replacement under the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our products must be used according to their intended purpose. SiP UNITY shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from product misuse, improper handling, storage, unauthorized alterations, customer negligence, or failure to follow provided care and usage instructions.

Fraud Prevention & Claim Verification

SiP UNITY reserves the right to reject any replacement claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our policy. All claims are subject to internal verification and approval.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Dubai.

These terms and conditions, including the policies herein, are subject to periodic review and may be amended or updated annually at the sole discretion of SiP UNITY.
