Shipping Policy
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders to both Lebanon and UAE.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped within our standard delivery window of 2 to 4 business days. Every order is handled with care to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
Please read below to understand how our shipping process works.

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped via our trusted courier partners.

Courier Responsibility
All shipments are handled by professional, third-party courier services. Once your order is dispatched, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery lies with the courier.
Important Notice: Once the order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
SiP UNITY is not liable for courier delays or delivery issues beyond our control. However, we remain fully committed to supporting you in case of any issues or delays.
Delivery Time & Delays
We strive to deliver all orders promptly. However, in rare cases, delays of 1–2 additional business days may occur due to holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
Force majeure — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, or government restrictions — may impact delivery timelines. SiP UNITY shall not be held liable for delays caused by such events.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Delay Compensation Policy
If your order is delayed more than 7–10 business days from the expected delivery date (excluding force majeure situations), you will be eligible for one of the following as a gesture of goodwill:
A discount code for your next order, OR
A free item depending on the case.
Please note: Delays caused by courier services do not entitle customers to refunds. Replacements will only be considered in cases of proven loss or damage, subject to a full investigation.

Re-Delivery & Handling Charges
In the event of unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability or inaccurate shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any applicable re-shipment fees and return handling costs.
Proof of Delivery (POD)
The Proof of Delivery (POD) issued by the courier shall serve as conclusive evidence that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Worldwide Shipping
We offer international shipping via different couriers for fast and secure delivery.
Delivery Time: Calculated based on destination
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only for customized products.
SiP UNITY reserves the right to cancel or block future COD orders from customers who previously rejected, failed to receive, or refused to pay for COD deliveries.
Shipment Inspection & COD Protocol
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please note that the courier is authorized to deliver the shipment only after full payment is collected from the customer. Customers may inspect the items after making the payment.
If the customer insists on opening or checking the shipment prior to payment, the courier has the full right to refuse delivery and return the shipment to its origin.
Once the payment is received and the shipment is handed over, customers are welcome to check the contents. In case of any concerns about the items received, customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Support Team in line with our Replacement Policy.
Card Payments
In case of any unauthorized chargebacks, SiP UNITY reserves the right to pursue legal or collection action.
Fraudulent claims will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Important Information
Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout to avoid any unexpected delays.
SiP UNITY shall bear no responsibility for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. No refunds, replacements or reshipments shall be issued in such cases.
While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control — such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, customs clearance, force majeure or local courier disruptions.
Our products must be used according to their intended purpose. SiP UNITY shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from product misuse, improper handling, storage, unauthorized alterations, customer negligence, or failure to follow provided care and usage instructions.
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties without consent, except for shipping or legal obligations.
These terms and conditions, including the policies herein, are subject to periodic review and may be amended or updated annually at the sole discretion of SiP UNITY .
